Im so hyped with the beautiful alarm of my phone as really is just a joy to see how we can remind ourselves so much of truly what we came to experience into this life and we sometimes loose the attention to the really present moment.

Drinkinggggg time baby, right now im still following my beautiful bulletproof morning coffees and let me tell you, is better than any latte or cappu I try everywhere haha, just add onnn cinnamon, butter and coconut oil to your espresso and youre gonna elevate this experience 100x

Reading now the diary of a yogi, beautiful, truthful full and spectacular meeting in wisdom and spirituality that really does relates the daily experiences of this human world

Diego Dreyfus and his last sesh is just priceless too, from self reflection up to some raw grounding really we are hear for this and for all, for life and for joy

What I’m excited about

Im so exited to announce my next CC signature program with all of you, we are going to meet 8 to 11 people once a week + some special occasions for other purposes but the game is the following
